Account Executive

Our Account Executives manage select accounts and provide a high level of service to accounts to assure client retention. Our Account Executives develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and help to add new lines of coverage to existing accounts.

Rod Stutzman

Risk Advisor

Our Risk Advisors generate new business opportunities by meeting with prospective clients to review exposures, analyze business needs, and help clients to effectively manage their risk. Our advisors make recommendations on insurance programs, alternative risk solutions and financial management strategies.

Customer Service Specialist

Our Customer Service Specialists serve clients by providing excellent customer service. They work with our business risk advisors, carriers and clients and follow up on quotes, policy changes, claims, and answer general questions.

"In my role, I help to resolve all insurance related questions for the client.  I handle billing issues, certificates, policy changes, and coverage questions.   I get the most fulfillment out of my role by ensuring our clients have all of their insurance needs taken care of."

Quality Control Specialist

Our Quality Control Specialist is responsible for data entry functions that support department operations and efficiency. They are also responsible for internal auditing and help to oversee policies and procedures.
